• Pears (as much as you want!)
  • Prosciutto (as much as you need!)
  • Blue cheese OR gorgonzola (a 2cmx2cm cube per half will do the trick)
  • Spinach Leaves (one leaf per half)
  • Olive Oil
  • Rocket (to garnish)



  1. Cut pairs in half 
  2. Pre-heat oven to 220C
  3. Place a piece of spinach on each piece (flat part)
  4. Wrap prosciutto around each piece of pear 
  5. Spray or brush with olive oil place in oven at 170C for 10mins
  6. Cut blue cheese/gorgonzola into small cubes 
  7. Remove pear after required time and place a cube of cheese onto each
  8. Serve each/all on a bed of rocket and drizzle with olive oil
