There is nothing I love to eat more in the world than food platters. All types of platters. Just give them to me. Now. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, I will take a platter over anything else. Its meant to be an entree or pre-meal, but I don't really ever listen to or abide by rules, so I eat them as my main and only the fashion gods can judge me. 

There is just something so enticing about having a selecting of foods to choose from, instead of just a simple meal. So I've decided to make a series of my perfect and favourite food platters for you to see and hopefully re-create! Make them your own or copy mine, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery after all.


The Breakfast Platter

  • Croissants
  • Cinnamon Scrolls
  • Scones
  • Persian Bread
  • Strawberries
  • Pineapples 
  • Green Grapes
  • Figs
  • Banana 
  • Cucumber
  • Sliced Ham
  • Bacon
  • Kransky Sausages
  • Feta Cheese

The Antipasto Rules:

  • The fragrance and appearance of the food that you serve is important, so blending flavors, aromas and colours will make for the most interesting antipasto platters.


  • Always have enough tooth picks because that can just be embaressing.

  • Ensure there is a dish for anything such as seeds etc. even if you guests have plates.
